For over 45 years, LaVina has worked as a Project Manager across various industries, where she was instrumental in supporting teams and leadership in gathering data to develop and coordinate strategic planning initiatives. LaVina was able to leverage her project management skills and knowledge of operational leadership to pivot into Real Estate as a Certified Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals maximize operational efficiency and identify areas for process improvement. In helping real estate agents navigate the nuances of the transaction process, LaVina helps agents increase their capacity to acquire new clients and expand their business.
